Shafts and Guide Pins
Specify diameter fits, shoulders, threads, straightness and datum-referenced runout. Include the supported condition and measurement length where they affect inspection.
Sleeves and Bushings
Provide bore and outside-diameter fits, wall thickness, end-face relationships and surface requirements. Thin walls and deep bores require a process review.
Valve Stems, Seats and Rings
Identify sealing geometry, mating fits, thread standards and seal-entry edge details. Leakage, seal life and pressure integrity require validation of the complete assembly.
Spacers, Hubs and Locating Parts
Include mounting interfaces, axial length, locating bores and any related milled features. Tool access and the setup sequence are reviewed before order acceptance.

Fits, Runout and Surface Requirements

Achievable tolerances and part-size suitability depend on geometry, material, setup and inspection access. No universal tolerance, fixed machine envelope or equipment count is assumed in this quotation scope.
Materials and Secondary Processes
State the exact stainless steel, aluminum or engineering-polymer grade, stock condition and any hardness requirements. The designer determines suitability for loading, wear, cleaning chemicals, temperature and contact conditions.
Heat treatment, grinding, polishing, passivation or coating requires a separately confirmed route and acceptance criteria. Finishing allowance and its effect on mating dimensions must be agreed before production.
Material certificates, traceability and application-specific compliance documents must be requested in the RFQ. Availability is confirmed for the selected stock and order; documents are not promised by default.
Production and Inspection Planning
Our Wuxi base focuses on CNC milling and turning. We have no in-house 5-axis, EDM or wire-cutting equipment. Additional process requirements are confirmed separately.
For prototypes and repeat batches, agree the drawing revision, workholding datums and critical inspection characteristics. Reports and measurement equipment access are confirmed for the ordered parts. Review our quality inspection information and CNC milling scope for related features.
Deburring and surface-finish inspection follow defined acceptance criteria. Machining alone does not establish sanitary compliance, CIP/SIP compatibility, contamination prevention or equipment performance.
Replacement and Batch Orders
Provide the approved drawing and mating-interface information for replacement components. A worn sample may support a review, but reconstructed dimensions require customer approval before manufacture. Changes to grade, geometry or finish also require approval.
Price and lead time are confirmed for the quantity, material, process sequence and inspection scope. Installation, fit and operating performance are validated in the customer's equipment.
