Filling Valve Bodies
Define seat geometry, bore fits, passages and connection standards. Electropolishing requirements are confirmed by order.

Specify the exact stainless grade and material standard, including 304, 316L or 17-4PH only where the approved design calls for it. State stock condition, hardness and any heat-treatment requirement. These grades are not interchangeable by default.
Corrosion and wear suitability depend on the product, cleaning chemistry, temperature, exposure and mechanical conditions. Stainless steel does not guarantee zero corrosion, hygiene certification or a specified service life.
Passivation, Polishing and Electropolishing
Define the finishing process, surface-texture targets, treated areas and acceptance evidence. Any secondary route must be confirmed before order acceptance. Surface finishing alone does not validate cleanability or establish ASME BPE, FDA or EHEDG compliance.
Actual Machining Scope
Our Wuxi machining base focuses on CNC milling and turning. We have no in-house 5-axis, EDM or wire-cutting equipment. Additional processes are confirmed separately for the specific part.
Achievable tolerances, part-size suitability, workholding and tool access are reviewed from the drawing. No fixed equipment count, workshop area or universal machining tolerance is assumed.

Inspection and Material Documents by Order
Identify critical dimensions, datums, surface texture, edge conditions and the required inspection report. Measurement method, equipment access and checking locations are confirmed before production.
Material certificates, heat-number traceability and any application-specific documents must be requested in the RFQ. Availability is confirmed for the selected stock and order. EN 10204 3.1 documents and regulatory or hygienic certifications are not included by default.
Review our drawing-based inspection information. Assembly fit, equipment function and cleaning performance require validation by the equipment owner.
Replacement and Batch Orders
Provide the approved drawing revision and mating-part information for replacement components. A worn sample may support review, but reconstructed dimensions need approval before manufacture. Material, geometry or finishing substitutions also require approval.
Prototype and batch quantities are reviewed separately. Price and lead time follow the confirmed material, machining, finishing and inspection route.
